Although our main product is the 4-in-1 wrap over skirt, we are completely aware of the fact that the weather is not always in favour of wearing light clothes. For these times we are offering our custom-made accessories, so that no days would pass without wearing Varieté goods. We have various hats, beanies, scarfs and wrist warmers for the colder periods, while it’s our necklace that completes the picture during the summer months.

About us

Our company was called to life in 2015. We specialize in handcrafted products; our eponymous creation is the four-in-one cotton wrap over skirt. The main aim behind establishing our business was to add fun-to-wear creative pieces to the wardrobes of all customers. Basically we produce colourful and richly patterned skirts, but classy and elegant pieces are also available.

In the beginning we worked with adult sizes only, but in response to the demands of the market, we launched our children’s section offering three different sizes for the youth. We are fortunate enough to say that since many of our customers are from abroad, we do not only have ambassadors in Europe but over other continents as well. We hope to see you among them soon.

FAQ

What materials do Varieté skirts use? Our Varieté skirts are made of cotton canvas while both the zip and the buttons are plastic. Washing does not cause any discolouration, and customers with metal allergy shall not be irritated. How shall Varieté skirts be washed? It is a perfectly viable plan to wash Varieté skirts in a washing machine, but one should opt for a 40 °C programme with normal or lower spin speeds. There is no need for hand-washing although the use of a washing bag is recommended. The belt can be washed together with the lower parts. How shall the skirts be dried? Preferably hung; the use of machine dryers are not advisable. Do Varieté skirts need ironing? The skirts can be ironed as frequent as the customer wants. In which sizes are Varieté skirts available? The skirts have a wrap over design thus each and every piece can be worn by different sized people. Our standard skirt for grown-ups is fit for ladies between sizes 38-42 whereas our larger size is made for women wearing 44-46. Considering their length, there are basically two types of skirts: those mid-thigh and those knee-long. Our children’s skirts are also available in various sizes:
  • small: size 98-110;
  • middle: size 116-128;
  • large: size 134-146.
Do all Varieté skirts have a 4-in-1 design? Only our adult models can be varied and worn four ways; the belt of the children’s skirts is not zippable. While the adult pieces can be varied four ways, those for children can be worn in- and outside up only. How many skirts can be ordered with the same pattern? As a rule we create one skirt/colour&pattern thereby preserving their uniqueness. However, if need occurs and the base material permits, we may produce extra copies even in different sizes. Can custom orders be placed? We welcome special requests. The skirts reflect our own taste, but all the fabrics used can be paired differently. If the inventory allows, we are glad to produce new versions. Where can Varieté skirts be bought? The Varieté stall is present on different crafts fairs and the skirts can be ordered online as well. Prices

Our adult wrap over skirts cost HUF 14 000 in sizes 38-42 and HUF 15 000 in sizes 44-46.

However, owing to the two-sided design and the zipper belt, for this price our customers get not only one, but four skirts.

The price of children’s skirts come as follows:

  • small size – HUF 4 500
  • middle size –HUF 5 000
  • large size – HUF 5 500

In case of unique orders we work with special pricing, but the prices quoted here always serve as a reference point.
